Since founding the company in 1990 John has led our team with an emphasis on always striving to maintain our integrity and creating a work environment that is appealing to our people. His belief is that these attributes are a driving force behind delivering quality work and developing repeat customers. John has extensive design, construction, and industrial managerial experience. As a licensed professional engineer in the state of Florida, his specialties include streetscape, parks and recreation, lift stations, drainage improvements and speciality projects incorporating innovative techniques and materials. John has helped us grow into the successful contractor we are today.

Ted has decades of technical, design, and managerial experience across many markets, including transportation, utilities, tunnels, wastewater, bridges, and dams. Ted joined our team in 2005 as VP of operations and has climbed the ladder to CEO. He has been instrumental in leading Gibbs & Register to success, including securing many of the Company’s largest projects.

Joel has decades of experience in heavy civil construction. His expertise spans projects across multiple service areas including bridges, water and sewer utilities, drainage, site development, roadway, streetscape, parks and trails. Joel has served in executive, managerial, and engineering roles on numerous projects throughout Florida and the eastern United States.

Mark has decades of experience in accounting, finance, and operations and has held numerous executive management roles at blue-chip companies. He has spearheaded our IT efforts and has kept the Company on the leading edge of technology. He’s experienced with evaluating design, construction, operational finance, and reporting procedures in a variety of industries. With extensive financial modeling and fund-raising experience he has kept the Company on firm financial ground.

John started here in 1999 and has served in a variety of project management and estimating roles. He has decades of experience in design and construction across various markets: design-build, building construction, utilities, stormwater, and roadway construction. John has managed many projects throughout Florida and Louisiana, building quality relationships along the way.

Woody has served in multiple roles while at Gibbs & Register, including Sr. Project Manager, Chief Estimator, Estimator, and Project Engineer. He has extensive experience bidding and managing civil construction projects across various market sectors including: water, sewer, wastewater facilities, drainage improvements, roadways, and design-build.

Ketan joined us in 2011 after working in various industry roles. As a project engineer, he worked on major highway, bridge, and design-build projects for FDOT and the US Army Corps of Engineers. As a project manager, he worked in the underground utility sector for various municipalities in Central Florida. In his current role, Ketan has managed multiple projects in roadway, bridges, trails, drainage and utilities. He has played a key role in implementing value engineering and alternate construction methods.

Heather Winters is the Corporate Secretary, Human Resource Director, Risk Manager, EEO Officer, and Fun Planner for Gibbs & Register. Wearing many hats is something Heather has become quite fond of! Managing the hiring process, as well as the companies various insurance programs has provided Heather with a unique perspective of our business. Since 1991, she has had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best in their fields. Starting out as the Runner and working her way up through multiple administrative, estimating, and assistant project management roles has provided excellent working knowledge of our office and field operations.
