Value Engineering (VE) involves a systematic analysis of project components and constructibility. VE recommendations are the result of a thorough examination of the contract documents and project site. VE's have to provide the client with an equal or better end product while considering aesthetics, costs, durability, and future maintenance.

We have industry-experienced estimators with thorough knowledge of construction costs. We maintain a network of specialty subcontractors who provide costs in their areas of expertise.
Design-Build
Gibbs & Register is an active member of the
Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) at the national and local levels. The DBIA promotes the design-build project delivery method. Design-Build has become one of the most popular ways to deliver a project.
With design-build projects, a single entity is contractually responsible for design and construction. This gives the owner a single point of responsibility. Our design-build experience includes streetscape, trails, stormwater facilities, pedestrian bridges, roadways, and industrial facilities.
