Mandatory Meeting on 11/6/26

The G&R Open Enrollment season is upon us! Our mandatory meeting will be held on Friday, November 6th at 7:30 a.m at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida,

411 Mercy Drive Orlando, FL 32805.

During the first part of the day, we’ll review important information regarding the upcoming 2027 benefits year. The second portion of the day will include various training sessions, lunch and volunteering with food packing.

Be prepared with the following information:

• Emergency contact’s name and phone number
• Beneficiary’s name, relationship, date of birth, and Social Security number
• Any new dependent’s name, date of birth, and Social Security number

A boxed lunch will be served. Please let me know if you have any dietary restrictions so I can make the appropriate arrangements.

Remember that parking is limited, so carpooling is encouraged.
