Crystal Drive, Lillian Drive, Flamingo Drive, and John's Pass Avenue need large-scale reconstruction while keeping on schedule to minimize residential disruption.

Solution
We're reconstructing the roadways using 3 inches of asphalt, 8 inches and 10 inches of bank run shell base, milling and resurfacing, and stormwater collection system improvements with 13 outfalls. We're also adding new seawall and seawall repair, curb replacement, potable water with new water service and meter boxes, and sanitary sewer-related utilities offsets within the roadway rights-of-way.
Result
The project is on budget and on time, with the goal of minimizing disruption with such a large reconstruction project.
