Solution
Our work consisted of grading, sanitary sewer, water main, fire main, and storm sewer installation. We will also constructed the retention pond, asphalt parking lots, and sidewalks throughout this project, adding a turn lane, and modifying existing medians.
Result
The project was on budget and on time, and allowed Summit to bring additional housing to the Sand Lake area.
