Scope of work
Gibbs & Register, Inc. was contracted for the clearing & grubbing of the 12+ acre site, including erosion control, tree protection, stormwater drainage, sanitary sewer, lift station, water and fire lines. Work also includes installing raised crosswalks on Corporate Blvd along with paving and striping.
Result
The project is progressing per the schedule and expected to be completed Summer 2027.
