Wabash Avenue Multi-Use Trail

Challenge

The project is in a school zone near an elementary school, residential areas, and businesses on a heavily congested two-lane road that spans over a mile. Due to lane closures during specific times, our crews are restricted to less than an 8-hour day shift to maintain productivity. Additionally, there is limited space in the work zone to stage equipment during off-hours.
