Solution
Our scope of work involves clearing and grubbing for a 248-unit apartment complex, encompassing erosion control, pond excavation, stormwater drainage installation, sanitary sewer system establishment, lift station installation, as well as water and fire line installation. Additionally, our responsibilities extend to on-site parking lot construction, encompassing concrete curb installation, concrete sidewalk construction, as well as paving and striping.
Result
The project is advancing according to the schedule and is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2024.
