Solution
Our scope of work involved clearing and grubbing for a 248-unit apartment complex, encompassing erosion control, pond excavation, stormwater drainage installation, sanitary sewer system establishment, lift station installation, as well as water and fire line installation. Additionally, our responsibilities extended to on-site parking lot construction, encompassing concrete curb installation, concrete sidewalk construction, as well as paving and striping.
Result
The project advanced according to the schedule and was completed in the summer of 2024.
