Orange County Convention Center – Phase 5A Expansion
Overview
Gibbs & Register is the sitework contractor for the Grand Concourse Expansion project, supporting the addition to the North-South Building (Phase 5A). The scope of sitework includes clearing, grading, storm drainage, water and reclaimed water systems, force main (FM), soil cement, paving, concrete curbs, sidewalks, and pavers.

Scope of work
The project includes an expansion of the existing building along Convention Way, adding approximately 650,000 square feet. New spaces will include a 100,000-square-foot ballroom, 32,000 square feet of pre-function space, multiple meeting rooms of various sizes, a North Lobby, a South Lobby, and a covered vehicle drop-off area.
