Client City of Orlando
Location Orlando, FL
Contract Value $2,412,830
Schedule Jul 2012 - May 2013

Solution

The scope of work included design-build upgrades to crosswalks at signalized intersections and hardscape pavers in medians along with tree wells, landscaping, concrete block knee walls, and decorative sidewalks.

Through the design-build process, we completed the scope of work within their budget constraints. By performing construction at off-hours, we were able to increase production and help reduce costs.

Result

We completed the design-build project on time and on budget while enhancing the corridor on Semoran Blvd.
